More make-up ideas

Thinking about the spectrum of childhood to adulthood and the decline of creativity and respective increase of mundanity and structure. This look above reminds me of the adulthood end of the image spectrum due to the flat but flawless make-up, depicting the creativity is low but the look is professional and well groomed which is not what you would often associate with childhood or the teenage years.

As some of the outfits are going to be highly patterned, this above look could be too overpowering. But the idea of lots of colours clashing and drawn in different directions reminds me of the creative imaginations and ideas of childhood and could represent the childhood years within our spectrumj of images in the editorial...?

The pearlised shimmer used on the eyes and cheekbones of the model above is accentuated by the metal accessory covering her mouth and nose. The feline flick of the eyeliner is nice and this could accentuate the lines and flicks of pattern within the garments that are going to be within the chosen outfits.

The above tones of white and silver would look effective with the robotic and mechanism aesthetic that we are going for!

I have chosen this image simply for the gold material and linear pattern it is positioned in on the model's forehead. We could take inspiration from this in some way, as it is geometric and linear it may go well together with the styling currently being done by Fay and Sophie. I do not like the orange make-up, howver it could be more effective in a different colour, such as silver, for the look that we want.

The use of shimmer and pale, iridescent colours are effective here and imply a futuristic and robotic aesthetic.

I really like the strategic positioning of this art on the face. I think it appears more like art than make-up, due to its 3D form. The colours are the sort of tones that I would personally think of when thinking of robotics and mechanisms. The rest of the faces are very toned down, a smooth, pale and flawless base which would be great but very difficult to achieve unless the model has perfect skin!

This silver band across the eyes could be a good look to consider, however it could easily look too theatrical, so inspiration could be taken from it but not to replicate it...
